Airbus customer services sets standards in managing the customer-supplier relationship, ensuring suppliers’ performance in product, service and cost is kept at the highest level
The company also identifies areas where improvements can be made in the supply chain and implements action plans to achieve those improvements.

Dedicated teams help to facilitate customers’ in-service issues with suppliers and manage suppliers’ performance in line with purchase conditions.

The annual supplier support rating, a cornerstone of the process, uses direct customer feedback to pinpoint areas in the supply chain needing improvement.

Products include the Vendor Information Manual which gives customers up-to-date contact information for suppliers and the AOG Repair Guide, which lists aircraft-on-ground stock and repair locations for operations in North America.
