| To keep aircraft operational and cost-effective, Airbus makes sure spares and related services are available worldwide |

The main spares store is in Hamburg, with a network of centres in Frankfurt, Singapore, Beijing and near Washington D.C.
Airbus provides full spare parts data and provisioning support to operators, as well as offering 24-hour a day order desk services for all their maintenance and repair needs. Airbus also offers on-site spares help.
Airbus provides lease/exchange/repair services, including a guaranteed repair time, and offers same-day spares delivery or just-in-time delivery through its Customised Lead Time system, which allows customers to specify availability of a wide range of parts and benefit from reduced inventory costs. Through its Customised Spares Logistics service, Airbus offers to reduce the time it takes airlines to get spares by taking full responsibility for the supply chain, removing the need for time-consuming and costly middle men. |
