All customer training is provided free of charge at our Buxtehude facility in a friendly and fully-conditioned environment, which includes light refreshments and mid-day sustenance. We offer a short shop processing time for GCP2000, typicaly less than ten days. Together with our maintenance stations in the United States (Dallas) and China (Beijing), we provide world-wide accessibility. Our shop tools, measurement and test equipment are state-of-the-art.
All technical publications by Airbus Buxtehude, including Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Ground Equipment Manuals (GEM), Software User Manuals (SUB), Service Bulletins (SB) and Service Information Letters (SIL), are produced and verified in-house. Our "all under one roof" situation enables us to document new products, repair solutions and customized cabin reconfigurations promptly and reliably. All documentation is delivered on CD-ROM in digital format (PDF and SGML) as a standard and is also available in hard copy on request.
