The availability of a support designed for optimum operation of the complete Avionics and Simulation product range has always been a key element in our strategy. The quality of this support is fully recognised by our customer's world wide. In the supplier ratings issued by Airbus Industrie and ATR, Avionics and Simulation rank in the group of excellence.

Our support teams are available to propose a solution to the technical questions raised by users. They can provide on-site service in the case of difficulties encountered by the users, or simply assist the customer during product installation phases.

Technical support

Technical publications

The products of Avionics and Simulation are delivered with the corresponding user guides and maintenance documentation adequately structured in compliance with the latest standards. This documentation is available online and in real-time.

Training

The training courses necessary for optimum operation of the Avionics and Simulation products are provided in an integrated training centre. These courses are based on the official Airbus France, ARINC and ATA technical publications, as well as on specifically developed support and courseware. All theoretical knowledge is put into practice during exercises performed on the equipment itself, ATEC test systems or computer systems.

The main training courses offered by Avionics and Simulation are for avionics: line maintenance, workshop maintenance.

In addition to the above standard courses, Avionics and Simulation propose training courses "à la carte" to meet specific customer requirements.

The training courses are also available online.

Repair

Avionics and Simulation's Toulouse support facilities include an autonomous avionics repair station which enables us to offer the customers attractive repair lead times. Transport logistics can be arranged to propose door-to-door services.

This avionics repair station is equipped with ATEC 5000 and ATEC Series 6 test systems. It uses the same test programs as our customers, which enables us to internally reproduce the customer's avionics maintenance organisation to better understand the difficulties encountered and to offer optimum solutions.

In addition to this Toulouse capability, we have an approved repair station in the United States (Miami), a repair facility in Singapore and a repair facility in Beijing, China.

To fulfil this mission, Avionics and Simulation was organised in an autonomous centre with the essential services to ensure a privileged relationship with customers (airlines, equipment manufacturers, simulator manufacturers and centres of maintenance and training).

To be close to its customers, Avionics and Simulation has worldwide spares stock and repair centres.
