The access to and use of certain photos of the on-line Press Room of airbus.com website (hereafter the "Service") is provided under the terms and conditions of the airbus.com Legal Notice. Notwithstanding the terms of the Legal Notice, by clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button and be given access to  the photos (hereafter "Photos"), you accept on your behalf and on behalf of the company you are working for to comply with the following:
No other rights are granted by the delivery of theses Photos, than the rights to download, use, reproduce, represent and edit them for the sole purpose of news. These Photos shall not, in whole or in part, be sold, rented or licensed subject to payment, to any third party. 
The statement specified on the Photo or, would there be no specific statement, the following statement properly completed: "© Airbus S.A.S. (year) by [photographer's agency / name]", shall be mentioned when using or displaying the Photos.
This licence shall not be construed as a warranty or representation by Airbus as to the validity or scope of any Airbus intellectual property right or as a warranty or representation that the Photos are or will be free from infringement of third parties intellectual property rights. The Service and the Photos are made available at the sole discretion of Airbus, and Airbus has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or its content, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, without notice to you. You agree that Airbus will not be liable to you or any third-party for any non-accuracy, modification or discontinuance of the Service. 
Airbus reserves the right to terminate at any time such licence, in respect of part or all of the Service or on a Photo-by-Photo basis, with or without prior notice, and to request the immediate cessation of any and all uses of the Photos.
This licence is governed by the laws of France and exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts and tribunals of Toulouse (France).
