A permanent team, led by the Foundation's general delegate ensures the Foundation's day-to-day functioning. This team belongs to the Corporate Communications Department and is supported by a network of national correspondents.

A Project Selection Committee meets at least three times a year to examine the projects short-listed by the Foundation's team and decides on the partnerships to be put in place, and also the follow up of the projects selected. This committee is chaired by the General Delegate and comprises 15 delegates.

An International Steering Committee facilitates the application of the Foundation's policies all round the world. It provides the essential feedback from the projects, and handles communications and employee involvement.

The Foundation's Board of Directors meets at least once a year in Toulouse, France.

Airbus employees and the Corporate Foundation

Airbus and its local entities have a longstanding tradition of corporate philanthropy and many employees are already involved in community activities. The Airbus Corporate Foundation can help by supporting their projects on these themes.

Employees can also volunteer to make their contribution to the Foundation’s partner associations.

The Foundation can also enable the employees to go on missions in the framework of solidarity leave.

Employees can submit their project using the application form available on this web site and on the company intranet. The project will then go through the same selection process. View the application forms
