What do you like about working at Airbus?
“I enjoy being part of a truly European company. Also I like the way people accept my way of doing things. Living abroad is not really a new experience for me. In fact, I am a European, born in Portugal living in … Europe. One currency, no borders, an established common language means one nation although there are differences in culture, climate, gastronomy. This diversity is sometimes difficult to manage because people naturally oppose change. However in my view, today’s minority of individuals with international experience will be part of tomorrow’s majority.”
