We encourage all our graduates to undertake appropriate professional accreditation.

Many of our engineering graduates are working towards achieving chartered status from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, the Royal Aeronautical Society and others.

To become a Chartered Engineer you need to satisfy certain requirements set down by the Engineering Council UK. These involve education, training and experience and you will need the support of a mentor to achieve this. Graduates on our Direct Entry Graduate Scheme will have chartership mentors especially for this purpose.

Graduates in other areas of the business are similarly encouraged and supported to achieve professional membership of an appropriate institution, including CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply).
