The application process for entry to our 2010 Direct Entry Graduate Programme is now closed. We will open the application process for 2011 entry in October 2010.

The Direct Entry Graduate Programme is a two-year programme (except for Finance, which is a three-year programme) that combines structured placements with focused training programmes in both our UK sites: Filton, Bristol and Broughton, North Wales.

We pride ourselves on having a programme that gives participants the chance to enjoy a great future at Airbus.

Throughout the programme you will be given wide-ranging support to ensure that you are well equipped to make the most of your placements.

From the beginning of the programme each graduate is assigned to a particular function (department) within the company, known as the target area. In this way you can be guided through the various placement opportunities that exist within your function, the wider business and sometimes with customers and suppliers.

This practical experience is complemented by a number of valuable training programmes covering the following topics: behavioural development and personal effectiveness, business awareness and technical understanding and cultural awareness. To find out more about training and development opportunities refer to FAQs.

At the end of the scheme, if you have shown the necessary performance capabilities, you will be considered for a role within your target department that could see your career progressing on a variety of paths.
