Welcome to our graduate site...

At Airbus we offer a range of different career opportunities depending on individual needs and aspirations.

We can only continue to lead the way in terms of innovation by attracting the most talented people. We want the best.

You can choose to join our dynamic business through exploring one of the following local or global career options.

During one of our Careers Events you can also meet us to find out more about your opportunities at Airbus.

A global programme

The PROfessional and GRaduate Entry Support Scheme (PROGRESS) is a new scheme which has been launched by our parent company, EADS.

This 24-month programme will develop and support the highest calibre graduates and young professionals, who are eager to gain international experience in the aeronautic, defence and space sectors. The scheme offers the opportunity to work in multinational teams at different Airbus and EADS locations. For more information about the programme and how to apply, go to EADS Progress.

Our Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programme offers young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad – from six to 24 months – in a technical or business function.

It is open to European graduates keen to develop their international work experience.

The VIE Programme page provides selection criteria and other details about this opportunity.

Local programme

Our Direct Entry Graduate (DEG) Programme offers collaborative and innovative graduates an invaluable opportunity to master the managerial and technical skills required by Airbus. It combines structured placements with focused training programmes at Airbus UK sites in Broughton and Filton. Opportunities for travel on international placements with Airbus or with external customers and suppliers may also be available.

For more information about this programme and how to apply, visit the Direct Entry Graduate Scheme page.
