Local programme
Our Direct Entry Graduate Scheme offers graduates with less than two years’ post-graduate work experience on-the-job development and high-calibre training programmes that enable them to master the managerial and technical skills required by Airbus UK.
This is a local programme, which could lead to international assignments.
The PROfessional and GRaduate Entry Support Scheme (PROGRESS) is a new scheme which has been launched by our parent company, EADS.
This 24-month programme will develop and support the highest calibre graduates and young professionals, who are eager to gain international experience in the aeronautic, defence and space sectors.
The scheme offers the opportunity to work in multinational teams at different Airbus and EADS locations. Airbus offers around 20 career opportunities each year as part of this programme.
