2008 sales
As of 6 October, the sales of Airbus corporate, executive and VIP aircraft in 2008 stood at 14 Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) Family aircraft, eight A350 XWB Prestige jetliners and one A340-500 Prestige.
ACJ Family sales
Airbus ACJ Family aircraft have surpassed the 150 total sales milestone and now fly on every continent, including Antarctica.

The Airbus Corporate Jetliner offers the greatest operational flexibility and the highest residual value of any aircraft in its class.

It is highly efficient in a full range of applications, from the transport of VIPs and heads-of-state to corporate shuttle service – while retaining all of the economic advantages of Airbus’ best-selling A320 Family of airliners.

With advanced aerodynamics and the latest in system design, the Airbus Corporate Jetliner has lower fuel consumption and maintenance costs than competing aircraft that were originally designed years before. The ACJ’s modular interiors, galleys and toilets allow the cabin to be reconfigured as operator requirements change.

All of the Airbus ACJ Family have international airworthiness approval for public transport of fare-paying passengers. This allows them to be used for highly-efficient commercial and corporate operations – transporting employees between company sites, flying sports teams to their games, and carrying passengers on scheduled long-range all-business-class flights.

The aircraft’s centralised maintenance system allows simple and efficient troubleshooting, saving time and reducing costs.

For owners, the ACJ is an excellent investment for the long-term – with the highest residual value of any aircraft in its class. Unlike other business jets, the ACJ can be resold for both corporate and airline use, ensuring the widest possible secondary market potential.
