Airbus will produce the A350 XWB in three versions (the A350-800, -900 and -1000), providing a family of aircraft accommodating 270 to 350 passengers – each with a global reach that covers routes on flight distances of up to 8,300 naut. miles.
This enables airlines to best match their A350 XWB fleets to route capacity demands – guaranteeing optimum revenue potential and excellent operating efficiency.
Contributing to the aircraft’s excellent range is its lightweight airframe, optimised wing design and latest-generation engines. Being a step ahead of its direct competitor and a generation more advanced than other long-range aircraft, the A350 XWB will, in comparison, burn up to 25% less fuel per seat while significantly reducing maintenance costs.
