The total number of A320 aircraft ordered by U.S.-based GE Capital Aviation Services now stands at 327 following a new agreement for 60 jetliners, which was announced at the 2010 Farnborough International Airshow.

U.S.-based Air Lease Corporation has signed an agreement for 21 A321s and 31 A320s at the 2010 Farnborough Airshow – representing the recently-formed company’s first firm order for new jetliners.

The creation of highly skilled jobs through Airbus industrial work contracted in the U.S. is underscored by Spirit AeroSystems’ new facility, which will design and produce A350 XWB fuselage and wing components.
